Subscription

Your Mark This For Me subscription will continue until terminated. To use the Mark This For Me service you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. Payment Method means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).

We currently only offer one subscription plan. This subscription plan contains its own conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. Promotional Offers

We may from time to time offer special promotional offers (”Offers”). Offer eligibility is determined by Mark This For Me at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your account on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.

Billing and Cancellation

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to the Mark This For Me service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult who accepts responsibility for compliance with these terms and academic integrity requirements.
2. The Mark This For Me service is for your personal and non-commercial educational use only and may not be shared with other individuals. During your Mark This For Me subscription we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Mark This For Me platform and integrated AI services. No right, title, or interest in third-party AI models, algorithms, or proprietary technology shall be transferred to you.
3. The Mark This For Me platform is regularly updated with improvements to our service integration, features, and user experience. We may change or update our third-party AI providers to enhance educational assistance quality.

4. Except as explicitly authorised by us, you agree not to:

1. attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract third-party AI models, algorithms, or training data accessed through our platform;

5. attempt to manipulate our platform or integrated AI services to produce inappropriate, harmful, or academically dishonest content;
6. use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method to collect AI-generated responses for training competing systems or services;
7. upload, post, or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of our platform or third-party AI services;
8. attempt to use the service to generate content that violates academic integrity policies or assists in academic misconduct.
5. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use, misuse our AI systems, or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

AI Service Quality and Limitations

The quality and accuracy of our AI-powered feedback may vary and is subject to the following considerations:

1. Variable Performance: AI-generated feedback quality may vary based on assignment type, subject matter, complexity, clarity of your input, and the specific third-party AI models being used.

Account Access

Your account is for your personal use only and should not be shared with other individuals. If you allow others to access the account (which includes access to information on viewing activity for the account), you agree that such individuals are acting on your behalf and that you are bound by any changes that they make to the account, including but not limited to changes to the subscription plan. To help maintain control over the account and to prevent any unauthorised users from accessing the account, you should maintain control over the devices that are used to access the service and not reveal any credentials or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You agree to provide and maintain accurate information relating to your account, including a valid email address so we can send you account related notices. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, Mark This For Me or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
